Description

Jenolite Fast Release Freeze Spray is a rapid cooling, penetrating fluid, used mainly for shock freezing and releasing of seized & rusted nuts & bolts. It has been specially created to rapidly freeze & release seized and rusted components by instantly cooling them to -40ºC, cracking the surface rust/corrosion, allowing the seized parts to move.

 

How To Use

  1. Apply directly to a cool surface

    Spray directly onto the surface, ensuring a good coverage across all seized components. Leave the product for 2 minutes for the full reaction to take place.

  2. Apply pressure to affected area.

    After 2 minutes, the metal should’ve reached optimum temperature and is ready to be removed with the use of hand tools or machinery.

  3. Storage & Reuse

    To prevent blockages, invert the can after use and spray for 2 seconds. This aerosol should be stored out of direct sunlight, in a cool well ventilated place. Consult the safety data sheet before use.
